Colleen Luby VP, Strategy & Activation

As VP of Strategy & Activation, Colleen leads a group of talented strategists at Rebel Interactive Group. Colleen and her team work collaboratively with clients as partners, diving deep into their business to make strategic, actionable recommendations that work. Colleen joined Rebel in 2020 and has a wealth of experience in industries such as CPG, manufacturing, construction, finance, real estate, recruitment, government, alcohol & spirits, entertainment, and more.

Along with Rebel’s CSO, Colleen developed the BIBI department from the ground up, after having successfully built up Rebel’s Brand Strategy team the year before. Colleen has a passion for problem-solving, and loves to roll up her sleeves with her clients, ultimately uncovering new opportunities to make a difference for their business. Colleen believes that a business is a living, breathing entity that needs to be deeply understood before improvements can be made. She enjoys working with other people who are ready to challenge the status quo.
