Senior Graphic Designer Ashley Perry loves crafting and floating in her pool, but probably not at the same time. The pool is self-explanatory; the DIY crafting involves a bit more effort and materials on her part. She’s also got an eye for renovation and remodeling and has been doing a fair amount of both in the home she recently purchased. One more fun fact: She’s an avid softball player who’s hit the diamond every year since she was a kid.

But design rules over all those pastimes. “I love pushing the envelope when it comes to design and creating interactive experiences for an audience through web design and social media,” she says, “especially in collaboration with a team.”

Ashley enjoys pushing the proverbial envelope, whether creatively or physically: she overcame her fear of heights by hiking the steep trails of Maine’s Acadia National Park to catch the breathtaking views.
